Kara C. adopted handsome Oscar on April 12, 2006.

Oscar was brought to the Greene County Humane Society by a volunteer. He was a stray, and he showed up in the volunteer’s grandma’s yard, and was playing with her dog.

“I originally went to look at large dogs, but stepped into the small dog area, so I could better hear what the volunteers were saying. He was so scared, but sweet, and I was instantly in love. I ended up going home with my the first small dog I’ve ever owned, and he’s been perfect for me. He appears to be a Beagle/Dachshund mix, but I suppose we will never know for sure. He is the best dog I have ever known.”
